From age 40 onwards often jowls begin to appear as part of natural ageing but they can make you feel heavy in the lower face. Reshaping the chin and jawline to create a straighter shape can slim the face, help the face to appear healthier and mouth youthful.

This 43 year old patient was feeling heavy in the lower face and could see the beginnings of jowls forming.
She would catch herself in the mirror and feel she looked sad which couldn't be further from the truth!
We made a plan to project the chin so that it balanced out her side profile beautifully, and then to lengthen and straighten the jaw but contouring with a blendable filler around it.
The lower face now looks supported, perfectly proportional and no-one has guessed that she's had any 'work done'.
